SPC Benefits 



Sunnyside Paddling Club (SPC) promotes paddling as a positive lifestyle choice for the benefit of physical fitness, athletic achievements, life-long friendships, health, and happiness.



  • SPC's Winter Training Program will be Sundays 8-10 AM at Afterburn Fitness (21 Progress Ave). Scott Madill will be lead coach and Khanh Vy, certified athletic therapist and trainer, will lead strength & conditioning.

    Phase I:
         • 6 sessions: Nov 9, 16, 23, 30, Dec 7, 14
         • $150 total (taxes in)
         • 1hr paddle pool/1hr strength & conditioning
